Colours:
Red - having the colour of blood or fire Red is my favorite colour.
Blue - having the colour of a clear sky or the sea on a clear day.

Shapes:
Square - a flat shape with four equal sides, The room had square windows.
Triangle - a flat shape with three straight sides and three angles.
Cut the sandwiches into triangles.
Oval - shaped like an egg.
My friend has oval face.
Star - an object, a decoration, a mark, etc, usually with five or six points, whose shape represents a star.
I was riding a horse with a white star on its forehead.
Rectangle - a flat shape that has four sides and opposite sides are equal.

Circle - a completely round flat shape.
Cut out two circles of paper.
Semi-circle - one half of a circle.

Diamond - a shape with four straight sides of equal length and with angles that are not right angles.
