Adverbs of time:
Show the time of the action. Ask the question “WHEN?” to the verb.
Examples:
(verb – will arrive; Question – will arrive when?
Ans: today. Thus, today = adverb of time)
(verb = came; Question – came when?
Ans: late. Thus, late = adverb of time)
(verb = reached; Question – reached when?
Ans: early. Thus, early = adverb of time)
