INGREDIENTS

Sliced bread…………….…..1 loaf

Butter…………..…..……100 gms

Mint chutney………….…3 tbsp

Tomatoes…………………………...2

Carrots……………………..…..…..2

Salt……………………..…..to taste

Cucumber……………..………1

Pepper powder………to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Remove outer skin and cut the vegetables into thin slices.
2. Apply butter on one side of bread slices.
3. Take one buttered bread slice. Spread little chutney on top of butter.
4. Arrange sliced cucumber, tomatoes and carrots on that.
5. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the vegetables.
6. Top with second slice of bread (buttered side facing down)
7. Press well and cut into four square pieces with sharp knife.
8. For garnishing, dot with tomato ketchup and serve immediately.
