Goat


Goat is a farm animal with horns and short rough hair. It gives us milk and meat. It lives in pen and its baby is known as kid.

Cat


Cats are pet animals. They are furry with sharp claw. Milk and mouse are their favourite food. Their babies are known as kitten.

Dog


There are about 150 kinds of dogs. They live in kennels. They are intelligent and faithful animals. Their young ones are known as puppies.

Sheep


Sheep is a farm animal. It gives us wool and meat. It live in pen and its baby is known as lamb.

Rabbit


Rabbit is a small animal with fur and long ears. It lives in holes in the ground called burrows.

Cow


Cow gives us milk. It is a farm animal. It eat grass and its baby is known as calf. It lives in shed.

Pig


Pig is a farm animal with a flat nose, short legs and a curly tail. The meat of pig is eaten as poke bacon and ham. Its baby is known as piglet.

Donkey


Donkey is an animal like a small horse but with longer ears. It is used to carry loads from one place to another. It lives in yards and its baby is known as foal.

Duck


Duck is a water bird with webbed feet and a flat broad beak. A male duck is known as drake and a young duck is called a duckling.

Camel


Camel is a desert animal. It has a hump to store food or water. It gives us milk and leather. It is also known as the ship of the desert.

Horse


Horse lives in stable. People ride horses and used them to pull carts or carriages. A female horse is called mare. A male horse is stallion and a young horse is a foal.

Hen & Cock


Hen gives us egg and meat. It is a farm animal. It lives in coop and its baby is called a chick.
