Sound

• Sound is a vibration that is capable of being heard.

Sources of sound:

• Objects that produce sound are called sources of sound.
• E.g. Human beings, audio players, animals, birds, metal plate, tumbler, etc
• Sound is produced due to vibration of any object.
• A Vibration can be defined as a rapid back and forth movement of a body about a central position.
